What equipment is required?
Jump Rope
Single weight (dumbbell or kettlebell for example)
Yoga mat or towel for floor work
That’s it. No machines, no gym required
Optional: light dumbbells or chairs can be used for added variety, but all movements are bodyweight or band-based
Every workout is designed to fit in a small space whether it's hotel rooms, living rooms, or even outside
How long are the workouts?
The workouts are 20 to 30 minutes from start to finish.
Can I join from anywhere?
