On-the-Go is a 20 workout program, built for busy women who want quick, effective workouts that keep strength and energy high during travel, vacation, or life on the move.
20 sessions that can be done in any order, at your own speed.
Included is a photo demonstration of every movement that shows up in this program. You will find this in the library at the end of the program.
Built on the same protocols as our other programs, but adapted to be done with minimal equipment with no access to a gym.
You’ll join a private group of women just like you who are traveling, juggling life, and celebrating every win together.
When you finish, you’ll be ready to roll into Take Off or Flight with energy, momentum, and the confidence that you didn’t skip a beat.
