How long is it and time commitment
• 12-week program with 5 workouts per week
• Each session is 30 to 45 minutes, including warm-up and cooldown
• 3 strength days and 2 conditioning days (SIT + HIIT) per week
• Built in 3-week training blocks with a reload week every 4th week
• Starts with higher reps and lighter weights to build fundamentals, then increases intensity with weight, tempo, and speed
Equipment Needed
• Resistance band
• Dumbbells or kettlebells (ideally a few different weights)
• Jump rope
• A box, step, or sturdy surface for step-ups
• Yoga mat or towel for floor work
No machines required. Everything is designed to fit in a small space like a living room or garage.
