If You’ve Completed Take Off: You’re all set to jump right into Flight!
If You Have Prior Training Experience: You can start directly, but we recommend completing the Baseline Week (a one-week introduction included with Flight) to establish accurate benchmarks for the app to give you your training, tailored to you!
TRAINING SCHEDULE
Training Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Time Commitment: 1-1.5 hours per session with an express version available for those days when you are in a time crunch!
