Empower Foundations is a thoughtfully designed 12-week program specifically tailored for women who may be new to fitness or returning after a break. This program is your perfect starting point, backed by science & built on Dr. Stacy Sims newest research.

Program Highlights:

  • Gradual Progression: Start with 3 workouts a week, gradually increasing to 4 as you build confidence and strength.
  • Easy-to-Follow Tutorials: Each exercise features movement demos and follow-along videos, ensuring you understand every movement.
  • Progress at your own pace, all from home: All workouts can be done from the comfort of your home (but we do challenge you to go to a gym towards the end)
  • Daily Guidance: Enjoy daily videos that focus on specific aspects of your training, keeping you motivated and informed.
  • Private Facebook Group Access: Join a community of women on the same Foundations journey as you + get access to your Empower coaches with any questions you may have!

What You’ll Need:

  • Starting Equipment: Just a resistance band to begin.
  • As You Progress: You’ll also need a set of dumbbells or kettlebells by the end of the program.
